domain transferring fails

Hello, I'm trying to transfer the domain zeldawasawriter.com but the process keeps failing. After the last failed attempt, if I try to transfer the domain I get a warning: Domain already exists in the account
..but then does not appear in the control panel and seems to be still managed by the previous hosting service.
How do I resume the transfer process and finish it properly?
The authorization code is absolutely correct. It 'a three-digit OpenSRS code with an @ in the middle.

Hello camilla,

I do see your domain is still in pending status. I have submitted a ticket to our development team so they can remove that status and you can then resubmit the transfer.
