hello, I'm trying to transfer the domain zeldawasawriter.com.
The domain is unlocked and the transfer code is correct. Unfortunately, at the end of the procedure, an error message appears.
Domain Transfer Status
1 - Submitted
2 - Request Received
3 - Awaiting Your Authorization
4 - Awaiting Losing Registrar
5 - Transfer Completed
6 - Error, needs resubmission
There has been an error - scroll to the top of this page and contact our support team using the Need Help button.

Hello camilla, I tried to submit the transfer manually and the regsitrar is saying that the Auth code is incorrect. You can see the error below: Error: Unable to transfer zeldawasawriter.com to Melbourne ITThe Domain Password (authInfo) is incorrect This means it may have changed since you received it from the current registrar. You will want to contact them and have them issue you a new one. Best Regards, Scott M |
