I have the same exact problem now. Hub does not recognize yahoo authorization code and I requested registry key to move my domain from Yahoo to Hub. But, what is the next step after getting registry key? Do I use registry key instead of authorization code in domain transfer menu or I have to have someone from Hub's help desk to do it?

I had a similar issue, since Yahoo uses the same registrar that Web Hosting Hub, you will need the Registry Key. Just email yahoo support and let them know to release the domain to give you the Registry Key and it can be transferred really easily. Yahoo's documentation on the matter can be found here: <a href='http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/smallbusiness/domains/domaininfo/domaininfo-10.html'>What is a registry key?</a> |

Hello desumer, Thank you for your question. Since we use the same registrar as yahoo (Melbourne IT), you must use the registry key instead of the AUTH/EPP code. You can initiate the domain transfer in AMP. If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below. Thank you, -John-Paul |
