I am trying to transfer my domain but in step 1, it is saying my domain is expired and can not be transferred until renewed. It does not actually expire for eight months. How do I fix this?

Hello Erinjl,

It's possible that the domain transfer code is not working, OR, it may need to be manually transferred. You should double-check with your current registrar on the current expiration date. If they confirm it to be correct (and it is not expiring within 30 days), then definitely contact live support. You can contact live support through email/voice/chat. They will need to verify your account with the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account OR, the Account Management Panel (AMP) password.

Then they can go ahead with the transfer for you.

.If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
