I paid $128+ on 8/18 to you to renew my website hosting and when I log on it says my site was suspended on 9/19/12. Why?

Hello gmwsr15110, and thanks for your question.

Looking up your e-mail account in our system, it appears that you might have had two accounts with us at one point. It looks like the account that was suspended on 9/19 actually has its domain name setup under your other account that is still in good standing. So I'm guessing you might just be logging in with your old username that is no longer in use.

We don't want to expose any of your account details publicly here, so I would suggest starting a live chat with our support team and they can help get everything straightened out for you.

Alternatively if you didn't want to do a live chat or giving us a call you can also submit a support ticket.

In order to submit a ticket, please shoot an e-mail to (support@webhostinghub.com) being sure to include your username, and the original cPanel password of your account or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file for verification. Or you can submit a ticket directly through our support interface here:

Please let us know if you have any further questions at all.
