My web is www.yoshikoyamamoto.com since 2011. My friend, Yoshiko Doi, has arranged all processes and payment as well, but she is out of the country now and can't get hold of her. I need to pay my due to you directly but I was told that I need to know what method of payment, credit card or bank account, that she used which I don't know, because I payed her after she paid to you.
I would very much continue to keep my web with you and find out if you can host my web that I pay directly to you rather than through Ms. Doi who is not reachable at this time.

Hello yoshiko, Thank you for your question. Yes, you can pay at any time, by contacting billing and verifying your account. You can verify your account with either your current Amp password, or the last 4 digits of the current credit card that we have on file.
