Or were you looking at the Account Management Panel (AMP)? BoldGrid works within WordPress, so you would need to be logging into the WordPress/BoldGrid admin. Are you logging into the WordPress administrator? The Connect key should be obtainable through the Account Management Panel (AMP). If not, then you need to contact the live technical support team for assistance with that issue.If you want us to investigate the issue further, please specify the steps you are taking and indicate the URL that you are using so that we can determine what is happening.
