I have a personal webpage that I am moving to webhostinghub.

Before I start making changes, I wanted to verify the process order.

This is what I have come up with:

1. Web page is static and will manualy move to webhostinghub
2. email - I have 5 emails currently created on my previous hosting company
1. create email accounts on webhostinghub that match existing email accounts
2. backup all imap accounts

3. this is where I am hesitent do I make the DNS nameserver changes and then transfer domain name or transfer the domain name and then the DNS nameserver changes.

Thank you for any suggestions
Timothy

Hello opus42,

Yes, that is the correct procedure for moving a website over to us. With your last question, you can do it either way, but it is faster to make the DNS changes first and then transfer the domain name.

The only DNS changes you will need to make is to point the domain to our nameservers. They are ns1.webhostinghub.com and ns2.webhostinghub.com

Best Regards,
