My domain transfer status reads "Transfer complete." but apparently another step is needed. Under "Domain Management" and MANAGE DOMAIN, it shows that I have no domain. I feel caught in a void here and want randoffice.com back online as soon as possible. What is my next step? I thought I needed to point my domain to your name servers.

Hello RandyVG,

I'm sorry you're having trouble with your domain not showing up in AMP. I have submitted a request to our Development Team to look into this issue for you. In the meantime, I have made the change to your domain's Nameservers at the registrar. Please sllow 4-24 hours for DNS to propagate and the change to fully take effect.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
