Hello Lissa23, You will need submit a formal request to live technical support to have the hosting plan terminated- this is required because your plan is a subscription. They will continue to charge or attempt to charge it until you end the subscription. Indicate that you wish keep the domain registered. You can call, chat, or email live support to have this done. You will need to provide verification of the account using either the last 4 digits of the credit card or the Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
