the domain expired two days ago, and stupidly i "cancelled" my plan because i thought that would free up the domain name so i could re-register it. now the domain says it's unavailable and i can't seem to access it or renew it.
i just want to renew my domain with webhostinghub, i don't want to buy the site hosting package. please help!

Hello charpulp, and thanks for your question. In order to just renew your domain name registration you'll need to contact our billing department directly. I'd recommend giving them a call, or sending an email to billing@webhostinghub.com. If you send an e-mail in please be sure to verify your account with the original cPanel or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file.
