<div>When I clicked submit I didn't realize that the email address for the account was whois@ipage.com. I changed it on the whois registry too late and the email was sent to ipage instead of me. Is there any way to have it resent to my email address, or to just cancel the transfer and I can restart it?</div>

Hi Dan,

I'm sorry you're having trouble with your domain transfer. While researching this for you, I found some information in iPage's Terms of Service that should be helpful:

http://www.ipage.com/legal/legal_domain.bml

According to Item #33(e) iPage should forward the forward the authorization email to you. I would recommend double checking with iPage to make sure they will forward the authorization email (from Melbourne IT) and that they have your correct email address. If you do not receive the authorization email and the domain transfer fails, you will be able re-initiate the transfer at no charge.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
