Using the Softaculous interface I installed eyeos into an 'eyeos' subdomain of mydomain.com. I selected https in the install, however I cannot access the provided link via: https://eyeos.mydomain.com/eyeos

What is the appropriate link I need to use?

Hello johntan,

You can only use the https option if you have an SSL purchased and installed on your account for that particular domain. This means you would need to purchase one for eyeos.example.com in order to set up htts://eyeos.example.com

If you do not want to purchase an SSL, you will want to uninstall and then reinstall the program using the http method.

Best Regards,
Scott M
