Hello,

Thrive Systems just migrated our website. The primary domain is:

LarryScott.com

We are live and have our nameservers pointing to your IP and everything seems to be working fine. However when I went to the site I was getting security pop-ups that said there was unsecure content on the site? I tried going to the site on a few other computeres and it was a bit different. I took a screengrab of the security error and can attach it, or email it if needed. I know that we have the SSL installed and it is current. I am wondering if there is a problem or is there is anything your guys can do to look at it? Let me know if there is anything you can do. Thanks for looking into this issue.

Thanks,
-Cody

Hello ThriveSystems,

I took a close look at the site and I'm not getting any security errors. The problem though is that here, when I do a whois for the domain and check the DNS, it's not pointing to our servers. It's still pointed away. So when I try to review the site, it's probably not seeing it the way you're seeing it - at least not that I can tell. You may want to contact technical support for live support on the issue, so that Tier2 techs can take stock of the issue if necessary. I checked the notes, and the SSL was installed, but none of the IPs match with what is noted on the account. The reason it appears to be working here is because it is probably still at the old address. If you wish to continue pursuing the issue in Community Support, please send the screenshot to docs@webhostinghub.com. Otherwise, my recommendation would be to speak with technical support through phone or chat in order to get the issue resolved immediately.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
