Hello, Thanks for the question! The synchronization of contacts is something that requires an additional server function, and is not something available with Web Hosting Hub servers. IMAP email is protocol that primarily deals with email - not contact information. If you see it as part of a client like Outlook, the contact portion is usually part of the Microsoft Exchange server setup. There are add-ons such as gContactsync which works through Google's Gmail. You can also export contacts from webmail as a .CSV file that you can then import into Thunderbird. This is not an automated process and will require you that walk through each export and consequential import. Apologies again, that there is no automated way to synchronize your Thunderbird contacts.
