I'm trying to set up my work email in mozilla. I successfully had an account set up in mozilla 4.0 and my company moved the server and changed the name slightly. From then on it stopped working and I deleted Mozilla completely. I really miss all the customization features of Mozilla and now want to try it again.

In Mail Account Setup I've tried this:

Incoming- IMAP mailfl.pemcoair.com port143 > SSL none > auth.> auto

Outgoing- SMTP mailfl.pemcoair.com
port 25 > SSL none > Auth. norm pw

error message-can't find the settings

also tried;
in- POP > 110 > SSL none > Auth > auto

out - SMTP mailfl.pemcoair.com
port 25 > SSL none > Auth. norm pw

can't find the settings

Any advise will be appreciated, Thanks

Hello previousmozuser,

Thank you for your question regarding using Mozilla for email. The typical email port settings are:

POP3: 110 or 995 with SSL

IMAP(incoming): 143 or 993 with SSL.

SMTP(outgoing): 25/587 (both should work) or 465 with SSL.

Server settings can differ depending on your configuration. I could not locate an account, so I am unable to provide specific server settings.

We also have a helpful article on Setting up email in Mozilla Thunderbird.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,
