Hello, Apologies for the confusion with the availability of PDFTK running from SSH. There may have been confusion over support for PDF files which can be used with the hosting service. Anytime a software is requested for installation on the server, a verified support ticket must submitted to the live technical support team. They are the group who would determine if the software is available for installation. Note that in some cases, software of this type may require an installation fee as it is normally not on the server. Apologies that we cannot provide any direct solution for your query.
