When installing Laravel I get error: 'Could not install composer'

I understand that Composer is essential for Laravel to run however when installing via Softaculous I get error 'Could not install composer'.

Could you help please?

Hello,

Thank you for your question on installing Composer today. To install composer you would need SSH access for the account. We currently do not allow that capability for accounts.
