Can't get Perl to work. Am pointing to /usr/bin/perl but I'm getting back Error 500 - Internal Server Error

As I cannot determine your account without the domain name I will have to take a guess at the issue. The most common cause if the 500 error when working with Perl is incorrect permissions.
