Please give me the information about the following issue that I face.
I created a website www.aeginalive.com with you In the beginning i faced the issue with Greek characters ( they appear as ????? ) After contacting with your technical team problem was solved directly by them and so far no problem to display Greek characters.
But after i try to greate more sites on the form of a sub-domain, for example demo.aeginalive.com I have the same problem. Please let me know what to do to solve this problem for any future websites i am going to create as a sub category site I use wordpress
Thanks in advance

Hello George,

It appears the last time the Tier 2 support team ran a conversion script on your database since it was installed via the Fantastico. This is because the Fantastico installs the standard English version. For any new wordpress installs you may want to follow our article on getting Wordpress set up in another language.

You can also contact our support team to have our Tier 2 convert the new database over to the format that accepts Greek letters. You will need to provide them with normal account verification (current AMP password or last 4 digits of the credit card on file) along with the current cpanel password so they can access the right area of your account to make the change.

I hope this answers your question. If you have any more questions or information specific to the issue please leave a comment below so we can further assist you.

Best Regards,
Scott M
