I am logged in to my hosting cPanel. I have tried to start building. Clicking on the various links I might need this is what I get:
public_html/wp-includes/SimplePie/Net
/public_html/wp-includes/certificates/ca-bundle.crt

cPanel/caches/config: pst0
no
USEWINBIND
yes USELOCAUTHORIZE
yes CACHECREDENTIALS
no USEHESIOD
no
IPAV2NONTP
no
USEPASSWDQC
no USELDAP
yes
USEFPRINTD
no USESSSD
no USENIS
no
USELDAPAUTH
no
Filesys: _home_mycher5: choose the program you want to use to open this file

What the heck is all this? I just want what I paid for and that was to get someone to build my site so I can post my blogs. Please do not give me more terms you may claim accompanies every website. Just make it in plain English. What do I do to get the help I paid for to post my website to the host I paid for.

Hello,

I am unsure what it is you are trying to do. If you are using WordPress to build your site you will not need to be in the cPanel to do so. You would simply go to example.com/wp-admin to access your admin panel and start building. Are you trying to do something specific in the cPanel that we can help with?

Did you hire our design team to build your website? If so, they are the ones you will want to contact about your site. Hosting itself has nothing to do with building a site, just housing the files so it can be seen on the web. We are here, however, for any questions you have, but they must be specific enough for us to know what you are attempting so we can advise you correctly.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M
