Hello Ronnieastrala,

If you're building a website from scratch you generally control over every aspect of the appearance of the website. The main limitations will depend on the tool that you select to build the website. If you program it from scratch (using code), then you would have control over the entire website and all aspects of it. There are also programs such as Adobe Dreamweaver which let you build it in different ways- using code or using design mode. However, you would need purchase the program, and it is not a good program for beginners. If you're using a program such as the Premium Web Builder or WordPress, then you will find that they have limits, but in the case of WordPress there are many ways to bypass the limitations and select different ways for your site to appear.

I hope this helps to provide the answer you need. If you have any further questions, please let us know!

Regards,
Arnel C.
