Hello Buzz, Your question is incomplete so I do not have the necessary information to help you. Additionally, your Support Center login is not linked to a hosting account, so I could not review your account to see if I could spot the problem. My GUESS is that your domain is NOT pointed to our hosting server. The name servers for a domain should be pointing to our name servers. If you have just changed it or registered the domain name, it does require up to 24 hours of propagation time for the change to take effect. If you wish us to look further into this matter, please provide more information (such as the domain name of the website you're setting up on our hosting service).
