Custom error page not working
I cannot get my custom error page to show up on www.etpools.com. It keeps showing what I assume is the default. I have tried copying and pasting what is in my error page file into the .shtml file in my site folder on ftp. And I tried the same thing using cpanel. I also reset my browser and cleared all date and it is still not showing up. I know I am just missing something but some help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Since you were using a custom 404 page, you would need to specify it in the .htaccess file. Here's the code that needed to go in the .htaccess file: ErrorDocument 404 /404.shtml This indicates that the website is using a specifc error page. I hope this helps to explain the issue.
