When I was fooling around with uploading a rapid weaver site and it created a directory with the same name (proflohnweb.org) as my domain name. I can't delete it.

Hello Proflo,

Sorry for the problems. I took a look at your folder on the server, and the folder you're referring is NOT located on our server. It may be located on your computer and may need to be removed through the Rapidweaver interface. This software is third party, so we do not have it ourselves. You may want to consult with their support team/forums for further information.

If you are referring to files or folders that have been uploaded to the server, then we can review the issue for you and provide you further support.

Kindest regards,
Arnel C.

Hello Proflo,

As per my answer above, we can't reall "get rid" of it for you since that folder is not on server anywhere that I can see. If you can specify where the folder is located (if it's on the server), then we can definitely provide you help with deleting the folder.

I did a search again, and the only folder labeled "proflohnweb.org" is located inside the /etc folder. You can use the file manager to remove the folder or manage its contents. The folder currently looks like its there for mail purposes - as opposed to your website.

I hope that helps!

Regards,
Arnel C.
