The end user has contacted me and notified me of this. It seems he gets a 403 error when ever he tries to visit my site. It doesn't matter what page he goes too either. I am curious if there is anyway to fix this issue.

Hello mugenmonkey,

I'm sorry your user is having trouble viewing your site. I wasn't able to recreate that issue. While checking into this for you I found errors in the Apache error logs of the server that indicate the user's machine contacted the server with a malicious user agent called GbPlugin. This triggered mod_security on the server which then blocked the user and protected your site.

I would recommend that the user do a full security scan of their computer to remove any malicious software on their computer.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
