Gallery 3 now broken

I have seen several announcements about WHHub updating their servers etc. Recently in the past few weeks ALL of our installations of Gallery 3 have stopped working properly and no longer completely upload images and create thumbnails of those images. It matters not which version 3.0.8 or 3.0.9 of Gallery 3 I am running. Every installation is now affected and the problem did not exist a few weeks ago. This site is how we proof our work with our clients and we are now shut down - dead in the water- unable to upload images and have them post correctly. This includes uploading through the web interface and server add. It doesnt matter how or which browser we use - it is now broken and I have done nothing to change anything. Chrome and Firefox both react the same. It must be an issue at the server.

Thank you for your question. As a test I performed a clean installation of Gallery 3.0.9 on your server, and was able to upload an image without issues. I can then view the thumbnail of the image successfully. We are happy to help, but will need some additional information.

Are you getting any errors? What are the full error messages?

Have you made any custom modifications to Gallery, or are you using any 3rd party modules/plugins?

Does this problem happen all the time? Can you provide the steps you are taking so we can replicate the problem?

It is not generating error messages, you are welcome to test and see for yourself. The current version 3.0.9 is running here:

We are using some additional plugins found in the codex only. Nothing that is not in the G3 resource list is being used anywhere. We have not added anything in months. Last time it worked was a few weeks ago when we loaded the San Francisco gallery with no errors at all. Now none will work properly - seriously - i have done nothing to the installation in between San Francisco and the LCdV gallery upload with the broken thumbs

I have edited your comment due to a username and password being located within it. As this is a public forum, be sure not to post information like this as this could cause anyone who comes across this post to potentially have access to your site. I highly recommend also changing your password as well.

I have replaced your .htaccess file and tested the upload of images in which the upload went successfully and generated the thumbnail appropriately. The broken image thumbnail that you are seeing is something that is generated from Gallery3 and not necessarily a 404 error. Try uploading new images to see if they are still reporting missing data.
