I'm having trouble getting on to my website and it brings me to a "problem loading page" or "This page can't be displayed" page on multiple browsers. I remember having trouble with my website when I logged onto cpanel from multiple computers but I fixed that problem with a tutorial but now I don't even know what my problem is. Just recently I've been working with a couple of friends and now I'm wondering if logging onto cpanel, etc at the same time would cause some security protocol again? I can't get onto cpanel or my website.

Or is the server just down? And where do I found out if they are down or not?

Currently, I see that your account is up and running without any issues. A ping and traceroute should explain further as to why you are unable to connect to the server. Once completed, you may submit the results of this test to either a reply on this page, or through a ticket with technical support to further investigate.
