I just had an addon domain become my primary domain. Before Webhostinghub did the change I did a backup of my site. How do I get my backup files onto the new primary domain--fashionsdivastyle.com. I uploaded the files from my computer to the home directory (I think). After doing that, it's telling me that I don't have permission, and need to get permission from website owner--which is me. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello deangela, and thank you for your question.

It looks like possibly the files were uploaded with incorrect permissions, so your user didn't have access to display them. I went ahead and corrected that for you.

Another issue that you were having was that your WordPress database settings were still configured for your old domain name. So I backed up that database to your home folder, and then went ahead and replaced all instances of your old domain name with the new primary one.

Please let us know if you're still having any issues at all.
