I am an administrator for the website http://saint-albans.org. While making some revisions to the website recently, I ran into a situation that Wordpress.org support suggested resolving by going into cPanel and making some changes to phpMyAdmin. I found a way to make the website revisions without making any changes to phpMyAdmin. However, while I was in cPanel, I noticed a message saying that there is a revised version of phpMyAdmin and that I should upgrade to the newer version. Following the instructions in the document "How Do I Install phpMyAdmin Onto My Account?", I was able to get through . Step 8 of these instructions says to rename the phpMyAdmin-3.4.3.2-all-languages folder to phpmyadmin and to do this by right-clicking the folder, selecting Rename and typing phpmyadmin in the Rename box. However, when I right-click on the folder name, I don't get an option to rename it. Since I use Firefox as my default browser and right-clicking brings up a list of options related to the extensions I've installed, I decided to try to rename the folder by right-clicking after disabling my extensions. However, I still didn't get an option to rename the folder. Likewise, clicking on the Rename button in cPanel didn't help. How should I resolve this? Thanks for any help!

Hello,

I have had the same issue from time to time, particularly with FireFox. If the right click method is not working, there is another way. Click on the folder to highlight it. Then look at the option icons above the file listing. There is one for 'Rename'. Click that and you will be able to rename the folder.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M

Thanks, Scott! I'm sorry for not responding for awhile but I didn't get an email that my question had a response and I didn't check back here until earlier today. However, your suggestion resolved the problem. Many thanks for your help!
