Hello Dot123, I thought this was answered earlier. I'll repeat what I said a little while ago, but you should also see an answer in response to your support ticket. Basically, you were a bit too general in your question. We can try to provide an answer assuming that you're using the Builder program to build your website. Not everyone uses this program, but hopefully the answer we have provided will help. You will need to go to step 5 of the web building process if you are using the BUILDER and then go to EDIT PUBLISHING SETTINGS. You will need to use your Cpanel user name for the user name and your cpanel password for the password. My reply to your ticket gives you more specific info. If you are NOT using the Builder, please reply with more information so that we help troubleshoot the issue that you are having. We need at least the domain and the program you are working with, plus any settings you are using.
