I can not get my home page to pull up when I go to www.michaelthomaswalker.com. I thought I uploaded all of my files correctly. Is there something that I have missed?

Hello Michael,

I'm sorry you're having trouble with your home page not coming up for your site. Please make sure that your home page is named index.htm or index.htm. This referred to as the directory index. The server looks for pages in the following order:

index.htm, then index.html, and finally index.php.

The default.htm file that you currently see (the "Hello There!" page) is a default file we place in your account that will load if no index files are found.

I noticed you used iWeb to create your site. We also have an article that will walk you through publishing your site from iWeb.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
