I could not access in to my dashboard account !

today I've tried to login in to my WP Dashboard ! but i could not access into it. and i have changed my username and password and trying to login again. but not happened. i did not received any email from login limit attempt plugin in to my email account.! would you mine help me what should i do? Did someone hack my site?
