Hello proxette, Other than the TEXT data type having a 64kb limit, there should be no reason the mysql server would not allow the data to be inserted into the table. I can step through the process to watch both the code and the server for you, however I would need to know the URL of the testing page so I can trace the code for other issues along with test data that you know to fail. You can send that information to docs@webhostinghub.com and we can take a look from there. As we do not monitor that email address, be sure to place a comment here after sending the information so we know it has been sent. The server adds nothing to any files, so if you do not add the DOCTYPE line, it will not insert a default one into the file. Best Regards, Scott M |
