When I click on Cpanel or 'View Other Software Available for Install ' links, I get a 'Page Not Found' error, so I am essentially unable to set up my site.
This is a new, blank site

Hi rigamonk,

Just wanted to give you an update from our Development Team. They are still looking into the issue you were having with the Quick Links in AMP.

While checking into this for you, it was necessary for them to change your AMP and cPanel passwords. I've emailed you a link so that you can reset your AMP password to your preferred password. Once you have reset the AMP password, please log into AMP and reset your cPanel password as well. You can then log into cPanel through the Work in Your Control Panel link under the Control Panel heading on your AMP home page.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.

Hello rigamonk,

I'm sorry you're having trouble accessing cPanel and the quick links inside of AMP. I have submitted a request to our Development Team to look into this for you as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you can use the direct cPanel link (found in your Technical Details in AMP) to log into cPanel through the cPanel URL. From within cPanel, you can use Fantastico De Luxe to install one of the many software applications available to create your site.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
