Hi.

I have a test page with a scheduler function, huklebukle.com/page10A, that does not properly load when using IE on an old WinXP desktop nor does it work on a BRAND NEW (1 week old) Dell laptop with Win7. Basically, the headings appear staggered to the right, out of alignment with the rest of the page's contents, and poor table presentation occurs in the "availability" section when that button is clicked.

However, it works beautifully on Google Chrome and Dolphin Browser HD.

I'm concerned that many folks use IE and so it just won't work for them.

Please help! and thanks in advance.

Ralph

Hello Ralph,

The problem is that Microsoft is not fully complying with the HTML standards that are used by the other browsers. You will need to develop your pages to take this into account- many freelancers will say "always test your page in IE". Unfortunately, this isn't something that we can fix with settings on the server. You will need to review what you publish in several different browsers and find an appropriate compromise to fit their different needs.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
