Samsung Galaxy -maybe android download 403
We offer larger downloadable pdf (about 250KB), permissions set to 0644, with success to a wide variety of browsers, OSs.
BUT:- The popular Sumsung Galaxy S3 series (?maybe other androids) fails reliably with a 403 error.
The rest of our site works well with smart phones, tablets.
The files are served with either a simple html <a href="filepathandname"> Descriptionhere </a> or phpBB3 3.1.3 with the same result.
We wish to welcome all users, even Androids. Anyone else aware of this, or any suggestions?

Hello, Sorry to hear about your download issue with S3. I did a check on my Note 4 and the pdf downloaded fine. I then tested with an S3 and got the 403 when I selected any of the browsers to download. However, when I selected the 'ES Downloader' it worked fine. The browsers seemed to attempt to open the file when getting the 403. The Note 4 did not give any options to download and I assume it simply found the right application to do it.
