Hello Monch, It can take anywhere from a few hours for an established site to rank a apge, up to several weeks for a new site. It all depends on the amount of content and what type of content you have on your page. Search engines regularly crawl the web and add sites to their indexes but they do not crawl the web for the same topics at the same rate. As you add more content to your site, it will increase the likelihood of ranking. You also can increase the index ranking of your site by using SEO Optimization. This will help. For Google, you may also want to sign up for Google Webmaster Tools. This gives a lot of information on how they want to see the site and will help with indexing and ranking as well.
