Hello ,

Sorry for the problem with the Magento! Basically, the issue has to do with how you installed the program. You can't install it under "http:" folder. You need to have it properly installed in the PUBLIC_HTML. Please re-install Magento after you remove your current installation. Once you have it installed in the proper location, it should run with no issues.
