I was having mail problems on my primary webpage; to fix the problem I restored a previous version. However, the file which I thought was recent was far from it. Is there anyway at all to undo the restore? A lot of work has been lost.

Hello Proski,

I'm sorry to hear about your restoration issue. If you are not paying for a backup, then your website will not have any backups being generated for it. Without a generated backup file, we would not be able to restore your files to any previous state.

For information using backups, please go to running backups on Web Hosting Hub.

Apologies again that we can't restore anything at this time to resolve your problem. If you have any further questions, please let us know.

Regards,
Arnel C.
