Hello Heche, I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with uploading the files. I unfortunately have no way to see the files you're uploading since we have no record of an account that I can view. Generally, when a file is being read as a text file and it's NOT a text file, then it's either NOT being recognized as a graphic file, OR the file extension is not included in the file. If you can provide us a URL for a graphic that you might have uploaded, we can verify the issue. The best tools for moving files from your computer to the server is generally FTP. Check out the following article for more information on using FTP: Using FTP to get files to your account Additionally, when you say the files are being magically converted into TXT files, how are you viewing them?
