I have about five websites with webhostinghub but one of the sites is loading very slow. At first I did research and found out, using http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/ , that there is a 1.2second delay in loading before the first byte is downloaded. People have said to ask with my hosting company as it is likely a DNS issue. All my other sites with webhostinghub do not have this issue.

Website with the problem is http://nomadspirit.net

It is still in development but will be launching within the next month.. Thank you anybody that can assist.

Hello Erindave,

Thank you for your question. I checked your web page, and it was loading slowly for me too, several things are causing this.

I see you are calling in 5 javascript files, I recommend calling these in at the bottom of the site's page. This is because javascripts load from top to bottom, and it will wait for the javascript to load before it proceeds to the next line of code.

You are also using 4 separate CSS resources, I recommend combining them into as few as possible, since this increases the load time.

Lastly, I recommend using caching. This causes common pages to be stored on the server, so when someone requests the page it is already generated. it looks like you are using wordpress, we have a helpful article that covers "Optimize your WordPress Site with WP Super Cache"

I also emailed a link to a speed test I performed on your website, that provides specific recommendations.
