Hello PNC, It appears there may be a network issue along the route to your site. The site itself has a Malaysian IP address and when I do a trace route test on the domain name, it slows down a bit when running from the UK to Malaysia and then greatly once it gets to Malaysia. These network issues will usually be fixed once the companies involved take care of the routing issues along the lines. I was able to get the site up, but it did take a bit of time.
