Hello, and sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with a slow website. From the ping and traceroute test that you've provided, it looks like you are encountering some higher latency and time outs jumping between hop #5 in Saudi Arabia and #7 in France. This could be causing your website to load slower than normal for yourself, but it looks like the website itself could also be optimized to be faster on a connection with higher latency. One key thing to note looking at the requests of your website itself, is that you have a rather large logo Rikaz-logo.png that is 734Kbin size. When I ran a Network test in Google Chrome on your website it took my browser almost 3 seconds to download just that image. Simply using the Yahoo Smush.it tool, and pasting the URL to your logo in the URL tab I was able to get an image that looks identical, but is only 142Kb which shaved off 590Kb of download time. I'd highly recommend taking a look at your GTmetrix.com report for further optimization recommendations. It looks like there are quite a few things you could do to help speed up the site, most of it relating to image optimization so that those with slower connections don't have to wait as long to download all of the website content.
