<p>I am attempting to access wordpress. I've redirected from Register.com to Hub. the URL.wp-admin/ is accessible on iPad but still getting 404 error on PC</p>

Hello Eclections, That is due to either domain propagation of the particular network the PC is on (if different from the ipad) or the PC's browser caching needs to be refreshed. In the case of propagation, it will correct itself as different networks update at different time. In the case of cache refreshing, clearing the browser cache should show your Wordpress site immediately. I hope this answers your question.
