All my websites down for over 24 hours - Help!

I was working on transferring my clients website to his server using WP twin yesterday and all the sudden I got this message

If you are the web hosting account owner, please contact us at your earliest convenience.

I tried contacting support but they said they couldn't help me. All my websites show this message and I can't even login to cpanel now and I have a deadline by tonight to get this site transfered. Anyone have this problem and know how to get someone to look into this.
