can a running wordpress affect the uploading of a website on cpanel
my wordpress is online and using my same domain which i try uploading my website on cpanel but the website after unzipping did not appear online .what can be the problem after unzipping or extracting the file i expected it to run live on internet but it did not show on browser.why?

A website consists of two main parts in order to appear online (that you are typically paying for): the files on the hosting server and the domain name. The domain name needs to be pointing to the hosting server. If it's not then the website will not appear (especially if the old host is no longer active).
