I recently had a hack attack after being suspended, support had to reinstate my account services. My primary domain was reinstated and upon the suggestion of Michael I created an account with Cloudflare., I changed my nameservers as suggested by CLoudflare but when I tried to install Joomla 2.5.9 my web address showed the error 403

"The website declined to show this webpage
This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage."

Any suggestions please would be appreciated.

Hello John,

A 403 typically means that the file or folder you are looking at does not have the proper permissions. This can be changed individiually either in your cPanel or we can convert all files and folders on the account to the defaults by running a script for you.

I do see that you have had all files and folders for the account removed, but if you need any further assistance, please cotnacts us again.

Best Regards,
Scott M
