I'm writing a program which is going to communicate with my MySQL-database. However I see you have to allow access manually to everyone who is connecting, which is not going to work with my program that can be downloaded by anyone. I can't manually add them to the accepted list in MySQL. Can I allow access to all IP's with %.%.%.% function? Please tell me if this is possible, or if there is some solution, or I have to find another MySQL host.

Hello Gautev,

Yes, you can allow access by using % in the Remote MySQL tool. It is a bit of a security risk for your account, however, but it may be your only solution if the connecting program is client-side.
