Hello artemo5, and thanks for your question.

Unfortunately it looks like your site has become heavily attacked by spam bots. They were probably using up your maximum MySQL database connections, and this is why you had an error connecting to the database.

You need to ensure that you are protecting against spam bots by using a CAPTCHA system to make sure only human visitors are creating comments or blog posts on your site.
